first day out the box and headphones cant be found by audio hub app. nothing works to connect and pair them. i honestly don't understand how a company with such a high standing has an app that doesn't work sooooo consistently. its somewhat embarrassing on turtle beachs part that an app compared to your headphones is what's not working .... shame. its an app .... i find it highly lazy for these issues to be going on for over 2 years . idk if i can trust this product .

I've downloaded the turtle beach hub many times now to my PC. It opens and says "please connect a turtle beach device" whether I do or not, it closes. I bought stealth 600s almost 2 months ago and the hub did it then and does it today. Is there a way to fix this so I can adjust the volume like it advertises? This is frustrating to spend this much on a gaming headset for the hub not to work like it should.

Was having the same connection issues. My phones bluetooth was connected to the headset but the app kept searching for device. What worked for me was turning my location to "Always on" for the turtle beach audio app.

Gamer controls ok I suppose. Hate the auto shutoff features. Yet develop a way to control it so you have to turn your headset back on every 5 mins it goes without sound.

Stealth pro

I am astonished by the reviews I am reading about the turtle beach app/headsets. I have had two headsets, with the stealth pro’s being most recent. I haven’t had any issues with this app, tho I haven’t been able to get the pc app to work on my 2022 laptop, so I haven’t been able to update the firmware. But the mobile app is easy to use, without any clutter or unnecessary fluff. The headset, which I got on sale for $269.99 at Best Buy, is incredible. The ANC is better than the $350 studio pro Beats I bought my wife for Christmas. And they are louder and IMO even sound better. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Doesn’t work stealth gen 2 not supported anymore

I forgot to update my headset about 2 years ago. The headset then proceeded to not turn on. Once I updated it with the installer a month later it renamed my headset to 0 0. The audio hub app can no longer find my headset thus locking me out of adjusting the settings. This wouldn’t be an issue if I could adjust it through Xbox but without the app being connected the settings are greyed out. The only setting I can adjust is my volume with the wheel and albeit finicky the other wheel for game and party audio mixing. My biggest issue is not being able to adjust the headsets mic monitoring and output. I’ve had this issue for the past 2 years and have been searching for ways to fix the issue. It’s all the same thing being discussed for Bluetooth fixes and not the audio hub or headset. My headset and controller combined cost as much if not more than my console a one s. Purchasing a new pair of headphones when the current pair works just fine but because of an app not working limits your ability to adjust settings is frustrating.

Awesome head set could just use a quick access maybe just like the volume to balance out game audio and party audio can’t seem to find how to change that and sometimes the people on Mike over power game audio

I’m not someone who grew up getting what they wanted, as a kid. So when I received somthing expensive I’ve taken care of it. You guys have the cheapest quality of headset on the market, never in my life have I gone thru 4 pairs because they break, before I get them, they always break right before warranty, it’s such a shame because of how long you guys have been in business.

Can’t use

Bought a Pro headset thinking I wouldn’t need anything for a while. Great to use and comfortable but can’t seem to link to the audio hub. Real bummer when you buy the better product they have to have less features with it. Good headset otherwise no issues after few months

Headset audio bounces from loud to low volume even though I don’t adjust it have to restart it or completely factory reset it to make it work right again

Very cool app turtle beach but can you add a feature

Hi turtle beach so i have a big problem with my headphones. I can’t get urn up the master volume and I can’t hear anything my friends say bc even when I turn up both of the wheels on my headphones I still can’t hear them or hear anything on my PS5 and I just got them there the turtle beach headphones Gen 2 700 max and I can’t turn up the master volume I paired my headphones in the app and it shows my master volume is all the way down can you make it a feature for me to turn it up pleaaaaaaase bro thank you

Most unreliable headset I’ve purchased

I’ve gone through 2 stealth 700 in the past year. I take absolutely wonderful care of them, they don’t leave my desk. Every couple of months they decide they just don’t want to work anymore, this time around after only 4 months of use the audio input to my headset has completely stopped working, all software is up to date and everything is connected correctly, they just stop working.

Good app, incredible headphones

Honestly my only complaint is that whenever I turn on my headset, the settings for the second dial always reset to something I didn’t choose. The app is permanently stuck on the “mic monitoring” setting for the second dial but even after you change it and restart the headset it doesn’t always fix it. Takes a couple tries to get it to change to “chat volume”.

I’ve been trying to get my 700 G2 X max to work forever and can’t get it and they are no help in helping me

I have had many issues with wireless turtle beach products.

Bluetooth glitches

Just wish they had a separate Bluetooth button on the other side of the headset or just an automatic call answering for it because I always have to reconnect the headset when I am already have the microphone on

Headset malfunction

The headset does not allow me to listen to music while still connected to my console. If I try to connect my Bluetooth device, the game audio will go mute and it will only play the audio from my cell phone.

I will never buy Turtle Beach again. It never connects and if does, it disconnects randomly and usually never connects backs. Help Desk was useless on answering why the volume wheels was not working or how to get them working. Too much hassle with no enjoyment.

WORST HEADPHONES I EVER BOUGHT

I spent a lot of money on these headsets and the amount of frustration every time I try to play games is enough to put me in behavioral health. Not once in the couple months I’ve had these have they ever worked properly. And I’m a soldier over seas and can’t return these until I’m back stateside. I will never buy turtle beach ever again. Waste of money. I have to constantly re connect them and turn off and turn back on, go back into settings on all my apps and reset them. I can never just turn them on and go about my gaming. Absolutely trash head set. Waste of money. Very disappointed with the gen 2 max.

Gen 600 Wireless doesn’t pair with ps5 or app.

This product seems to be a total dud despite the price. With how it may seem like it works flawlessly when you buy it until it stops working out of the blue. My Turtle Beach Gen 600 wireless stopped working months ago (May/June) after receiving it in December. Although I was able to charge it after the first few times it died eventually it never seemed like any charging was enough. The light would blink red when it would sit on cords but it would never do anything else. I tried everything I could find but nothing worked. I picked it back up recently and have been charging it for 3 days straight with the correct cord and a powerful charging source and it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried to pair it to this app and my PlayStation but it doesn’t show up on Bluetooth. A word of advice: Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

This could be my favorite headset… but this app makes it not worth it. The features would be moderately cool… if they worked right. But they dont, and I dont want to deal with the headset re-mapping my buttons to settings I dont need. I want game volume wheel one, chat volume wheel two. This for some reason is not default. And this software resets to defaults often. The advanced features don’t work right, so id rather not have them here.
