first day out the box and headphones cant be found by audio hub app. nothing works to connect and pair them. i honestly don't understand how a company with such a high standing has an app that doesn't work sooooo consistently. its somewhat embarrassing on turtle beachs part that an app compared to your headphones is what's not working .... shame. its an app .... i find it highly lazy for these issues to be going on for over 2 years . idk if i can trust this product .
